Terms & Conditions:

• The above costs are based on completed ads being furnished to SaraRomoli.com. If the Advertiser requests assistance in creating the banner ads, they will be charged an hourly rate of $35.00 USD for this service.

• The Advertiser agrees to pre-pay for a minimum of 1-months advertising. This amount is non-refundable. After the first month, the Advertiser is free to continue their advertising on a month to month basis. The Advertiser may cancel at any time after the first month with a minimum of a 5-business days notice.

• SaraRomoli.com agrees to accept the Advertiser's credit card payments via PayPal.

• Upon acceptance of the agreement, the Advertiser will receive a billing for the first month of advertising through PayPal. This notice will contain the necessary instructions on how to make payment to SaraRomoli.com.

• After the first month, the Advertiser will receive a similar notice each month for the recurring monthly charge agreed upon unless the Advertiser has informed SaraRomoli.com of any cancellations as described above.

• SaraRomoli.com does not guarantee the succes or failure of any advertisements on SaraRomoli.com nor can they be held liable for the success or failure of any products or services being sold from the Advertiser's Web site.

• SaraRomoli.com reserves the right to refuse any advertising that we deem unsuitable for the site.
