  • Q: I placed my order but have not received a tracking #

  • A: Once your order has been shipped (generally 24-48 hours after being placed provided the item you ordered is in stock), an email will be sent to your address with your tracking #. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please let us know at shipping@sararomoli.com

  • Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

  • A: Yes, credit card information stored in your account is protected by SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) technology. All pages where secure information is transmitted will display a lock on the lower right-hand corner of your browser screen, to indicate that the information is encrypted. We use Paypal to process our credit card transactions.


  • Q: Why do you only ship within the U.S., Puerto Rico and Italy?

  • A: In order to provide our customers with the best shipping rates possible, we ask that anyone intersted in ordering any of our products outside of the U.S., Puerto Rico or Italy, contact us directly at shipping@sararomoli.com or 347-673-0022. Please provide us with the names of the items you'd like to order and the address you want the order shipped to. We will notify you of the shipping costs.
